Each one is free to use with ads, with a Premium subscription that removes them. No resold apps and no white-label catalogue: one team, four products, one way of working.

How a product gets made

Design
Each product starts with one plain question: what should this do on an ordinary evening at home? We sketch the flow on paper, cut anything that would need a manual, and only then open the code editor.

Build
Our own engineers write the code. Every change is reviewed by a second engineer before it merges, and we keep each codebase small on purpose: fewer dependencies, fewer surprises.

Test and release
Automated tests run on every change. Before a release reaches you it gets a manual pass on real phones, tablets and TVs, in the rooms where the product is actually used.

Support and maintain
A subscription is a promise to keep the product working. We answer support mail ourselves, fix reported problems in the next release, and keep every product current with new phones, browsers and TVs.

Write to support@appitra.com from the address you subscribed with and name the product.
We confirm
You get a confirmation by email and no further charges are taken.
Keep using it
Premium continues to the end of the period you already paid for, then the product returns to the free version with ads.
Good questions
Is there a free version?
Yes. Every Appitra product can be used free of charge with advertising. Premium removes the ads and is a paid subscription, one per product.
How do I subscribe to Premium?
Premium is sold from each product's own page, where the plan, the price and the billing period are shown before you pay. You subscribe there with a payment card; the payment itself is handled by Stripe.
How much does Premium cost?
The price and billing period for each plan are shown on that product's checkout page, in your currency, before any payment is taken. This company site does not list prices.
When am I charged?
At the start of each billing period, for the period ahead, until you cancel. The period (for example weekly or monthly) is the one you chose at checkout and appears on every receipt.
How do I cancel?
Email support@appitra.com from the address you subscribed with and name the product. We confirm by email and stop future charges. Premium continues to the end of the period you have already paid for; after that the product goes back to the free version with ads.
Can I get a refund?
If something went wrong with a charge, tell us as soon as you notice and we will look at it case by case. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA you also have statutory rights, which are set out in the subscription & refund policy.
I see a charge I don't recognise.
Write to support@appitra.com with the date, the amount and the last four digits of the card. We will find the subscription, explain the charge and cancel or refund it where appropriate.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@appitra.com and ask. We cancel any active subscription and delete your account data as described in the privacy policy, keeping only what we must for accounting.
